::I ordered a necklace in a custom size from this store. When it arrived in the mail, it was the wrong length. Frustrated and without the time or desire to deal with it, I set it aside. Tiffany's sent me a survey and I filled it out honestly, stating some disappointment with my first experience at Tiffany's being just average. Anne, the store manager, called me right away and offered beyond exceptional service to make the situation right. I can't wait for my new necklace to arrive and after dealing with Anne I have all the confidence in the world it will be perfect! From average to out of this world - those are the kinds of experiences other shoppers should be made aware of.

::Not much of a selection. Lady said go online but not a fan of online shopping. Location is nice but just the selection is very poor.
