::Very unprofessional staff. Scheduled an 8am appointment to have them come out to my house and take a look at my car to get an estimate. 8am rolls around and they don’t show up so I call at 8:30 and they say they’ll call me back to see “where the guy is at”. They take about 15 minutes to call me back and claim he didn’t forget about me, he just had to go help someone with another vehicle. They offer to reschedule for Monday but I needed it taken care of Saturday so I say “No thank you, I’ll have to take it somewhere else” and they immediately hung up. I don’t know how this place has good reviews with customer service like that. If you’re going to miss an appointment, at least let the customer know. Don’t try to lie about it and then hang up on them. Won’t ever be doing business with them.

They clearly take pride in their work and the vehicle was in like-new condition after they buffed out some spots on the fenders, cleaned under the hood & conditioned the interior. ::Amazing experience! Completely amazed with how well they got the dog hair out of my back seat, it was literally everywhere.
