Fantastic New Mexican food. Order at the counter and eat at the tables inside or out. Pretty basic food but served well. Blue corn taco plate was amazing. Recommend trying a blue corn waffle just to have the experience, it’s quite unique.

The food was great, big servings sizes. The wait to order was too long and the line forms right in front of the kitchen. Every time the servers came out with food they had to find a spot in the line where the customers would slide out of the way to let them pass. But would endure the long line for the food.

Highly recommended! We make the long trek from Denver to Colorado several times a year, and Tia Betty's is always the highlight of the trip. The food is great, the portion sizes give you great bang for the buck, they are vegan friendly, and the staff is always enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast tacos are my go-to dish - yum!

This place is still reliably serving up new Mexican comfort food. They have great tea (shout out NM Tea Co) and I'm told pretty good coffee. The breakfast burritos are enough food to feed you for a day. They have good vegetarian and vegan opinions so you can bring all types.

Tia Betty Blue's is an Albuquerque hidden gem. The food is delicious, complete with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. The portions are filling and full of flavor. Served hot and fresh upon ordering. Weekday specials allow you to change up your order and try something new. Pros: New Mexican cuisine that wont break the bank Cons: it's a breakfast/lunch place that closes by 2pm, so you might have to order it to go or call ahead for pick up. Photo: Breakfast tacos are served in blue corn shells with papas (fried potatos)
