  I used to love this place when a different doctor was here! Now the front staff is oddly unfriendly... but passive at the same time... and the current doctor (didn’t even introduce himself but he’s an older Asian man) was a nut. He didn’t even listen to my symptoms but automatically told me I have the flu and many people are dying from it this year- unprofessional. I asked for a flu test and apparently they “ran out” but he insisted it was that and that I shouldn’t trust the test anyway because it’s not sensitive enough. This man is ridiculous and I have no idea how he became licensed for this profession, especially after telling me he prefers to make decisions BASED OFF OF INTUITION. Oooookay Mr. Cleo! Thanks for nothing! STEER CLEAR.

  I went today with my eight year old daughter, the Dr for the morning shift was very unprofessional. He told me a lot of kids die from the flu . My daughter couldn’t and still can’t stop crying, and she keep asking me. “Mom am I going to die because Dr said a lot of kids have died”. I’m very disappointed.

  They overbill you years after services hoping that you will forget. Be wary of this service and go to a REAL doctor- not 3231 E tremont ave.

  Great service! Very short wait time! Not crowded as my local HIP Center. Friendly, helpful staff (I asked them to fax a doctors note to my place of employment), which they did without issue. The Doctors there were excellent, they weren't inundated with patients so it didn't appear as they were rushing through with me. I recommend this place to anyone in the Bronx.
