  When I returned it I thought I was going to be late.I called up and they charged me $10 for extending the time.I was able to make it back on time.I was told that the $10 fee would be removed.Now they have charged me and won't remove the fee.Poor Customer Service.I will never use Thrifty again!!!

  Can't rent without a credit card even if it was prepaid through Expedia they still want the credit card

  I was very pleased with the Nissan Pathfinder. I would definitely rent again from Thrifty Car rental.

  I signed up for the Manager's Special and got a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was awesome. Renting was cheap and easy, I would recommend Thrifty.

  It seemed a little weird to deal with only the agent at the counter in the airport terminal. There was no one around to check my rental contract when I left the lot nor to check me in when I returned the car. Since no one informed me that there was no check-in person, I wasted a bit of time vainly waiting for someone to appear before giving up and heading inside the terminal to the counter. More information about this at the outset would have been helpful. On the other hand, the people I did deal with were friendly and efficient, and I got my final statement by email before boarding my flight. The car itself was clean and everything I expected. Despite the confusion when returning the car, I would definitely use Thrifty at this location (MacArthur Airport, Islip) again.
