  This place is the worst, I’ve never once had a good experience here but this takes the cake. Ugh. Everyone hates that guy who comes in last minute before you’re about to close, I get that. It was 7:50, just getting off the train, and I need some cold medication. I didn’t want to be disrespectful by barging in as they close, so I called up and asked if they had what I needed, they said yes and that they were open, so I said I was was running straight down to grab it. The woman on the other end said ok and hung up. Run over, it’s 5 minutes before closing, I watch from across the stoplight as they lock the door. Once I get over there I knock on the window, “Registers closed!” Dude. That’s just rude as hell. Just say your closed over the phone, that would have been perfectly understandable.

  This place is hit or miss. Depending on who is at the counter, you can have a great, fast experience or a slow, distasteful experience. They will get your prescription right, though. Personal care product selection is limited at best and often overpriced.

  Called to refill my RX and was told that I already picked it up. Incorrect. I was out of town 2000 miles away- there was NO WAY I signed for my RX. I was told "well some guy picked it up. Can you find out who?" NO I CAN'T FIND OUT WHO. No one has EVER picked up anything for me nor did I never authorize anyone other than myself to pick up my RXes. What the actual hell??
