  Lovely drive-by/walk-up window shop for my morning coffee! Their beans always taste fresh and service is very friendly. Portland’s got a fair amount of high quality coffee shops but Thornton’s is definitely an underrated gem. Go check them out!

  I bought a couple bags of beans from Thornton in Beaverton. They’re a small, family owned coffee roaster but I think they’re coffee is a good as some of the big boys in Portland such as Stumptown, Coava and Water Ave. Got a bag of Las Rosas (Colombia) and bag of Concord, got a Hazelnut Latte as well.

  I've been trying to find really good coffee locally and stopped here on my way into work this morning. Possibly one of the best oatmilk latte's I've ever had ever! Planning my next visit very soon! Great job - really great! yumm

  I have been going to Thornton's for years and they always have the best product. Both the walk up window and the beans are always great. When I want a quick on the go drink I stop by and see the friendly faces of the Thornton family who all help in the window (Rachel, Liz, Sarah) and of course Payton. If I am looking for a sit down place, I follow where they distribute beans and and always am happy with my cup of joe. Always great chats at the window and great coffee!

  This was a "random" stop as we were in the area on other business and boy are we glad we decided to give this local coffee roaster a try. Excellent coffee beverages with a small, walk-up only, retail storefront that sells coffee beverages, beans and a select assortment of pastries. We will definitely stop by again when in the neighborhood.
