::Craig came right on time and repaired two appliances within 45 minutes. Awesome job. Thank you, Thompsonโs Appliance Service!

::I will leave a neutral rating, but I'm pretty dissatisfied. Two guys came by and they seemed pretty polite. They spent roughly 3 minutes just clicking at buttons hoping it would respond before telling me I would need a new control unit. Okay, fair enough, but I was still charged $85.86.

::They were here when they said they would be, fixed my broken refrigerator, and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs an appliance fixed.

::Had the repairman come out to look at my washer. 15 minutes later I was charged $85 and told it was not worth repairing it. Awesome. I understand charging me to come out, but $85? That seems a bit much. I feel ripped off.

::I wish I could give this place no stars. Repair man has come out 5 times and still not fixed our refrigerator. Then it stopped making ice and my husband had to take the house out because it was frozen and had a kink in it. Made ice before the repair man came out. So I'm not sure if that was done on purpose. Was schedule 2 different times and the repair guy never showed up. I would spend my money else where if you don't want to get ripped off by this place. Never using this place again.
