::The staff are ALWAYS extremely professional, kind yet very personable. I never have to wait for my appointment to begin as Dr. Kauffman is prompt and thorough. Dr. Kauffman makes sure I’m comfortable they let me listen to music and he lets me know what he’s doing and explains my treatment. I never leave having questions and they are great with appoint reminders. I just made my 2 year old his first dental appointment with Dr. Kauffman, he’s great with kids as well. You also can’t beat the view! I actually look forward to my appointments. Now I’m just waiting on that trip to go hunting LOL. But overall I came out with very high hopes. My treatment was very difficult. But he did it. Every where I go. I’m look at different. I feel amazing. Thanks Dr. To you and your staff.

::Dr Kauffman and his entire staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and professional, the place is spotless and new and comfortable, and the equipment and procedures are the latest technology. It’s an impressive dentistry business. Top notch.

::Dr. Kauffman and his staff are amazing. They took really good care of my daughter during her oral surgery procedure. This office is very professional, cares for their patients needs, and very educational about each procedure that they do. This office gets 5 plus stars. ⭐️

::The staff are always friendly, and I always feel treated well here. However I took off 2 stars because after my last visit I was presented with an order for a crown by the receptionist. However neither the dentist nor the hygienist ever said anything to me about needing major dental work . I have no idea which tooth or why I need a new crown. I am confused . I see this communication breakdown as a serious disconnect . Spending over $1,000 with insurance is a big deal to me and I would like to know why before I even think about scheduling major dental work. Normally the dentist always explains this in detail to me to my face, but not this time .
