  I was supposed to have an appointment today (4/27/18) that was booked in early February. I received a phone call yesterday morning telling me "the doctor will not be in" and my appointment was pushed back till may 24th. This was supposed to be an appointment to get me off DIY HRT and I had reasonable beliefs id get to keep it, so now I have to hope my next online order arrives before I run out. This is unacceptable behavior from a hospital that knows they are the only informed consent life line for HRT in all of NE. Ohio. They are eventually going to get someone killed or at the very least put into the hospital. I know I spent all day yesterday alternating between anger and crying. If I didn't have DIY to fall back on, or an amazing local support system, I might have done something bad. Shame on metrohealth and the pride clinic, if they want to offer this service they need to step up their game.

  Staff is friendly, but the wait times are ridiculous! I’ve been coming here for over a year and WITH appointments made months in advance, they leave you waiting out in the waiting room for an hour past your appointment, then they finally call you back and sit you in a room for 2+ hours till the doctor FINALLY comes in. Do not come here if time is important to you. They are slow slow slow and you will spend 3-5 hours here easily for just a check up.

  Really long wait time (waited two hours for MetroHealth doctor to see me for scheduled physical and told by manager that it's a typical wait time), dreary McCafferty clinic, phone staff blind transfer you without warning, hard to renew prescription (MyChart requests are ignored), poor communications on every level. My taxes support this incompetence. Entire building badly in need of interior renovation. MetroHealth should choose a different nearby location. MetroHealth patients and VA patients deserve a better building. Planning to take my very good, private health insurance elsewhere.

  I have been a patient of Dr.Ng's at the Pride Clinic for about 4 years. The genuine level of care, concern and compassion from this clinic is unbelievable. This team has cared for me when I wasn't interested in caring for myself. I have received phone calls checking on me from Owen. Mary always returns my phone calls and addresses any issues I have. I have gotten cards in the mail wishing me well. I have never felt like a number or felt that I didn't have Dr. Ng's 100% attention when I'm in the office. The only downside is there aren't any psychologists at this location that specialize in LGBT issues.
