  Curley Plumbing saved me from total washout and advised on flushing my water heater and setup a over flow pan. Water heater is above my kitchen in the attic. Thank you Guys & Gals.

  John and his team really saved the day for us. We were about 4 months delayed into our renovation when we had to find new contractors and plumbers to finish our project. John without hesitation offered his experience and guidance swiftly and smoothly. Everyone was very professional, respected the space and rules of the building, and took care of every single detail on our behalf. We had waited four months on a project that John and his team had completed in less than 2 months. The experience we had with Thomas Curley plumbing was night and day compared to our previous contractor. John had made it easy for communication via email and always checked in with us on any decisions that needed to be made. Their service is second to none and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Such a good experience with Thomas Curley Plumbing. The actual service and the customer service. The people there and the installer s are very nice. I am so happy to recommend them to everyone. We had been using a previous company that was so difficult to speak with. We would have to wait approximately 25 minutes each time we would call, and it was to a call center. Our hot water heater broke a few days ago. Another company came to service it. They did not have the part with them. They told us to call the next day to see how long it would take to get the part in. We had to call three times. Each time waiting the 25 minutes on the phone to get a person. They left us with they were not sure when they could get the part we needed. We asked about a new hot water heater and they weren't sure when they could have that in either. We called Thomas Curley and in a little over 12 hours later, our new hot water heater was installed. The installation guys couldn't be nicer and the lady on the phone was so nice to talk with. I highly recommend this company.

  I had a baseboard pipe burst & I was looking for someone to come fix it same day as weather was very cold and needed the heat to be running. When I called Thomas Curley Plumbing, I disclosed what problem I have with my plumbing and the very first thing I asked is if estimate is free and lady on the phone said YES. Few hours later they sent someone over who took a look and said he needs another guy with him to do the job as he can't do it himself, he didn't even give me a price. I called the office and this lady on the phone named Prima said they won't be able to do it till another two days since they are busy. I told them that I need the heat to be running and I can't wait that long without heat. I called another plumbing company who came same day and fixed the plumbing and got the heat running. A few weeks later, even when I was told by thomas curley plumbing there is no charge for estimate and for having the guys come out; I get a bill in the mail for service fee. I initially hesitated to write a bad review but I keep getting harassing calls, bills in mail, next I will file a complain to BBB if these harassment continue.
