  So far good experience except they hired a new staff with some real attitude problems recently. I will tell you, I am not an "entitled customer" except in the sense that everyone who shops deserves a respect that they had none for. Case in point last night a lady I don't know cashier, manager blew up in my face for charging my phone by the pharmacy as I and others have always been allowed to do. This is after I'd bought about $45 worth of stuff there so its not like I'm a freeloader. She could have at least been more gracious but her tone was angry and savage. Always prior people here had been fairly pleasant. Idk who told this woman she would be good at customer service, no one? I worked as a cashier in two grocery stores, two coffee shops and one health food store. I worked in retail. I've done what she does, and number one rule is you can NOT have that attitude with anyone you have to be pleasant and courteous. Idk where they get this chip on their shoulder and think they can talk down to people or take their vendettas or whatever. The other cashiers have heretofore been ok.
