  This place is so great! My auntie wanted a keepsake for her dead doggy, so I engraved “Here lies Poochy” on a gold filigree necklace and gave it to her! She wears it everywhere! The guy at the front desk, Felix, yeah, totes rude as hell. But the other guy Alberto, he’s great. Very high quality stuff.

  First time in Santa Ana Stores. Good customer services. Store and Staff very organized. The staff very polite and faster engraving.
