  After 15 years with Ted, new manager does not know how to notify in time when there is an issue.Tells me one week for delivery and then calls on that morning to say, can not deliver .

  I have been receiving delivery of wood from Ted for close to 10 years. His team is always very professional and the delivery always arrives when it was scheduled. I highly recommend The Woodman Llc for your firewood needs.

  Dear Ted: On Monday, January 18 This was the most professional, courteous delivery of firewood I have received in New York City. I was called out suddenly and the Woodman arrived before I got home. With the guidance of the building superintendent, the wood was delivered to the terrace (a complicated delivery) and unloaded, easily and quickly. I ran in just as they were leaving and appreciate how professional your service is. The two men delivering, Derek and Desmond, could not have been better. D. Ward

  These guys were expensive, but very professional and the wood was great. After trying a couple other providers who were cheaper, I may end up going back to the woodman, just because the wood burned so well.
