::Bad customer service and rude staff. I'm a student at the nearby school and needed flowers for a class so I wanted to a support a local business. I went in and they didn't have the flower I was looking for but I didn't mind, any flower could've worked. I asked an employee for help and he was curt with me, but in NY that's not a big deal. The main issue was I later asked him about the help wanted sign on the door, and he all but yelled "Delivery BOY only." And the emphasis and context really made me, a female, uncomfortable and not valued. As someone who's worked in customer service for nearly five years, this is more than unacceptable.

::Beautiful designed arrangement. My daughter recovering from surgery was so cheered up and delighted. And free delivery to Lenox Hill Hospital saved $15-20 other florist fees were charging. Very happy with my order. Very Professional establishment. Thank you.

::Myself, I live in St. Louis, Missouri. I have a dear friend who is currently undergoing Physical Therapy in Lenox Hill Hospital. I did a Google search for Florist nearby and came across The Windsor Florist II. Their website was simplified with their selections, pricing and narratives in regards to delivery and special messaging. It made it real easy for me to make my decision. Notification of processing and delivery was prompt. I was very impressed. Kudos to the team at The Windsor Florist II.

::This place is terrible. Do not order from here. I ordered flowers for Valentines Day. They were never delivered. Called the next day to find our what happened. Spoke to Ivan, he said that the printer didn't work the day before so didn't see the order until the next day. He was very rude and completely unaopogetic, simply saying it was a computer error and not their fault. Took no responsibility for not getting flowers to someone on Valentines Day. Terrible.
