  I tried to buy lilacs at this place for $20 and they were too busy to pull some stems for me. Left and went next door to Lexington Florist and got great service and lilacs for $12. Don't waste your time at The Windsor Florist.

  Was there not long ago - very brusque and indifferent service. Paid very little attention to putting the bouquet together nicely and evenly. I had to rearrange the flowers myself at home. Overpriced considering the poor level of service and mediocre flowers.

  Just had an arrangement sent to a sick friend. So embarrassed by what showed up. It looked nothing like what we ordered. We called to attempt to find a solution- but the management was not interested in making things right. There are many better options in the area. Move on from this place...

  I received flowers and they have not lasted. Most of them are dying. I've done better getting flowers from a deli/market in the neighborhood. When I called to ask them to do something to make it right, there was no attempt on their part to do so. Stay away. I agree with the reviews regarding customer service...awful.
