  We love our new windows! Tony, Gene and Eric's crew were all great to work with! Highly recommend The Window Auhority to anyone looking at replacing windows. They are honest, fairly priced, and do a great job.

  VERY GOOD experience with The Window Authority of Greater Ft. Worth team (we are in McKInney) from initial contact, consultation and the installation process. We had a large project to replace all windows in our house which was 16 openings. Tony the rep provided all the information we asked for and at the end of the process, quoted us a price that was great for the latest Burris vinyl windows (just FYI, had a quote from someone else for just 6 openings for Milgard windows and it was the same cost as TWA). Eric's installation crew arrived and began the estimated 3 days of work. Courteous, respectful and good at what they do!! Put protective covering down on floor and covered areas near work areas to minimize dust impact. Well, they completed the work in 2 days, cleaned up and vacuumed areas and made sure all debris, paper, etc was removed. They made a minor mistake on some caulking (which I did not even see) but Eric has already setup follow up visit to correct. At the end of the installation, the entire crew made a point to shake my hand and thank us for our business and hospitality (GREAT, HARDWORKING GUYS) Great experience start to finish and HIGHLY recommend The Window Authority!

  I am very happy with my recent window purchase from The Window Authority. We replaced 45 windows in our house and would definitely recommend this company. From the initial visit with our sales rep, Tony, to the installation by Eric & team, as well as a follow up by the owner, we couldn't be happier with our investment. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff!

  Outstanding. Date was set for installation. Company was here on time, got everything done efficiently, cleanup was good. Salesman Tony Gilbert was in close contact, and followed thru until completion. Excellent experience all phases.
