  Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! We needed a wig for a film and they worked with us to select and style one within our budget. Very pleased with the result! Also, they do wonderful work with people who have lost hair because of medical issues-- they are very compassionate and detail oriented.

  There are no words to explain the kind customer experience when you walk into the shop. If you are just browsing around, come here! If you need a wig styled, come here! If you need anything related to your wig, just come here! They are both so nice, honest and understanding, this is what customer service is all about. Before I started chemo, I came here. The last thing you need is people haggling you for money and terrible customer service but I lucked out with Erika. She went above and beyond. She even took the time to fight with my insurance for my wig and after hours of calls she guided me through the whole process at every step of the way. There’s seriously nothing I can say that can justify these five stars because they deserve 300 stars. They are seriously the best.

  I had a great experience here. Erica was super helpful and friendly. She took the time to understand what I was looking for. I never felt rushed and was able to try on a variety of wigs. I highly recommend this store.

  Choosing a wig to wear after losing your hair from chemotherapy is a daunting experience, but Erica & Tiffany were so kind, patient and thorough that the experience went from daunting to pleasant and even fun. Their selection is huge and Erica was so patient while I tried on all the styles that caught my eye. It took me a few visits to decide which wig to buy, and I never felt pressured to purchase anything before I was ready to make the decision. After choosing my wig, Tiffany styled it perfectly - it feels like I have my own hair again! I'm so glad I found The Wig Outlet and definitely recommend it to anyone in need of wigs or extensions!!
