::valet parking. Nice bellhops. Very nice and welcoming. Check in was very nice. Guest services were welcoming and fast. Room was nice. Ok view but the room was very clean. Bed was nice and the TV was large and new. Bed was comfortable. Room service had a nice selection of food and was fast.

::I called the Westin Philadelphia yesterday and I had the misfortune of speaking with a Corey on the phone. I wanted to cancel my reservation for April 6-8 due to mitigating circumstances only to be informed that I would not be able to do so. He said that since I chose to reserve my room under the prepaid selection that I world not be able to cancel since the Westin Philadelphia had already taken my money. He also stated that there was nothing to be done or change since that was the policy of the hotel. In addition he said that he goes through the same issue approximately 12 times a day with different customers and no recourse was taken. When I asked to speak with a manager he claimed that he had already consulted with him and that that was the final word. I believe that these are predatory policies that do not serve the customers. And that is what you want to provide isn't it? A service? Taking our money without having provided a service is outrageous! And to not offer a recourse is also another predatory practice. I am very disappointed with Westin Philadelphia and needles to say i will not be utilizing you UNSERVICE in the future.

::Good hotel, friendly staff. Only downside was my husband and I were traveling with our 1 yr old daughter who requires some food and milk to be refrigerated which they only offer you a full fridge and if you need a separate they charge you. Also have a bunch of snacks out with sensors on them and you get billed if they get moved, so if you are traveling with children, be cautious! More of a single or couple hotel as opposed to family friendly.

::I will definitely be back. Great location for shopping and dining. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional, and the parking attendants were great!
