  Very clean-Nice hotel with small rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Must park in one of the garages near by for easy access to your vehicle... Or you can use the valet parking.

  Checked in and went to our room. Got an upgrade which is good. Went down to the bar/restaurant and the bartender was to much into talking to her friend than waiting on customers. I had to walk up to the bar to get our drink orders and ask for a menu. Worst tasting long island ice tea I have ever had. Had to wait for 20 minutes just to order our food.

  The Westin Columbus was amazing! We stayed there at the end of January for our wedding weekend, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and fun. They hosted our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch and the food and drinks were amazing. We ended up being upgraded for free to the bridal suite and the room was beautiful! We dealt with Bryan at the front desk and he was so much fun. The staff also sent up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries the night before the wedding. The whole experience was so smooth, and the staff were so thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is right downtown, so the location is great and convenient, too. We would definitely stay here again!

  Amazing experience! My little sister got married here and everything was over the top fantastic. The front desk was able to accommodate a last minute room change for us and when we called down for room service in the morning they acknowledge the wedding and offered congratulations. The ballroom and space was so beautiful and Kathy the event manager made sure to keep us organized despite all the nerves and running around we did, she definitely rocks at her job! The food was sooo good and the chef checked on every single table during the reception to make sure everything was good. The staff at the Westin Columbus is amazing, sweet, and so professional. I only wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel for weddings, for a fun vacation or any reason to stay.

  Very nice hotel. Staff was attentive and location is great for downtown activities. My only complaint is that the rooms are quite small. Our room was not enough for a king size bed, chair, and nightstand. No room for a desk or dresser. That being said, the bathroom was nicely sized. Mattress was comfortable and everything in the room was nice. Perfect place for a night or two, but I wouldn't want to spend much more time than that with the lack of space in the room.
