  Great hotel experience. Beautiful and classy place. Best hotel room ever, large, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant bar with very good service. Convenient area for walking. Great choice.

  Great hotel! I'm not sure if all rooms have been renovated but make sure to get a renovated room. Upper floors have great views of the city. Air conditioning works well. They have top sheets too which is very nice in a city that seems to increasingly be going duvet-only. They have a pseudo-rainfall shower head to which is nice in the morning. Plus in room coffee makers.

  Great hotel located in a great area. Close walking distance to Copley Square, the Boston Commons, The Shops at Prudential Center. The "T" is just 1 block over which will take you all over Boston. Rooms are very nicely finished. A few very nice restaurants are located within the hotel as well. We used the gym also, and it is very well equipped.

  Very nice hotel. I was placed in one of the newly renovated suites and it was great. The club lounge was well stocked for drinks and breakfast. The gym could have a better selection of machines, but did the trick. The staff was extremely friendly. I'd stay here again.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The Westin Copley is a really nice hotel. Honestly, it's what you would expect in a Westin which is a superb brand. Very clean, warm, inviting rooms. Get lucky and you'll get a room with some kind of Boston city view. We were unfortunately not so lucky, but the room was still really nice, price was great, and being in Copley Square puts you in the middle of tons of great things to do in Boston! We had a wedding in the area and found that it was the perfect place to use as our home base. Would certainly stay again if trying to be in Back Bay.
