  There’s 2 great reasons why this hotel does not have 5 stars and actually could’ve. 1. No WiFi. This is essential when people are traveling and need stable internet service for researching. 2. No breakfast included. Such a big place and no breakfast. Not cool. Nobody wants to wake and look for breakfast when you’re traveling and hungry. Otherwise: great location and close by many things to see. And great view showing the river and city.

  Great views of you get the river view rooms. Some areas need a touch up like hallways with wall paper coming down and waiting for the bartender to come back to the bar for 20 minutes. I was there for St Patrick's day and I must say the staff took care of any spills or trash left by people very quickly. Overall the place is good with friendly people.

  Nice place to stay at in Chicago. Good service and hospitality. Morning breakfast buffet is included it the room cost but there is a little variety offered. They must work on having more vegetarian options in the future. View through the main entrance is amazing and the river flows on backside. It makes it worth a long gaze. Central location of the hotel makes it easy to commute through the city.

  The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The temp. In our room was very warm. We had engineering come up and do some adjusting but it got hotter, that sucked. The Club lounge at 6pm on Saturday was a mess and had no one available to help. It was a great location for concerts at HOB and Chicago theater but Club lounge is NOT WORTH IT.

  The Westin exceeded our expectations! The hotel was easy to locate and get to, very center to everything we wanted to do. Our first positive experience was upon check in when the front dest team member couldn’t find our reservation, so i looked up our booking number and realized i had reserved it for the wring date! He quickly looked up available rates for that evening and it was a minimal difference than what we had already paid. He was still able to accommodate for our selected room type/view. Although I still cant believe I booked the wring date, the issue was handled quickly and pleasantly. The room had a gorgeous view and was very spacious, we requested an extra robe and it was at our door within minutes. They have this workout-clothes rental program that sounds awesome! For $5, they rent you a shirt, shorts and shoes! I loved the idea and made a rental for the next morning so I could go for a run. Now, the rental never made it to my room, and I never heard anything else of it and it never got charged to the room, so I’m not sure what happened, but it was cold that morning that I didn’t mind. Other than that failed attempt of fitness, our stay was amazing and I loved the river view, I even considered sleeping in the couch by the window just so I could stare out all night.
