  Talk bout LUXURY!!! These Beautiful luxury style apartments will have you wanting to make yourself at home!! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Benny has helped me many times and I appreciate how they always make you feel like family instead of just another person. The apartments offer many great amenities and are located near some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer! I'd recommend living here to anyone who's asks!! 💗💗

  I've been living here for 2.5yrs. Awesome location! I've had a few issues here and there but nothing major. Apartments are nice....hardwood floors, separate shower and bath, nice size room and closet. They host events throughout the month to get residence to interact (I've never been but heard they were good). I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

  Don't rent here. Anselma is rude and an unfriendly, unkind person. Under her management, they have screwed up my paperwork, given me less than 24 hours to respond to renewal (twice after the first screw up) no apologies. They have lost a $600 package that I was returning saying it was only a service they provided even though you HAVE to leave your packages down in the office as FedEx and UPS cannot come into the complex. Anselma refused to work with me when I needed an additional gate opener for my brother who was staying with me while my dad died in the hospital. I even offered to leave a deposit. My cell phone did not work in the hospital so he could not leave or enter if I was in the hospital leaving him either stuck with me in the hospital 24 hours/day or stuck in my apartment until I came back. Rude, has no integrity, has no respect, just collecting a paycheck. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. Oh, and the walls and floors are paper thin and you WILL get woken up at all hours of the night and morning. And it is not just dependent on your neighbor. You can hear people in the hallways and outside in the garage or on their balconies. Good luck if you have a pool view! And, you have to pay extra to pay online (this is not the stone ages, seriously!) and often times there is an issue with paying online so have fun!

  Great apartment, very spacious and reasonably priced. You can very rarely hear other people in the building (it is an apartment building after all), and the elevators are slow. Other than that, its fantastic.

  Building is generally clean and well kept - great location. Inconvenient office hours however... Overall it seems to be improving with better overall communication and added fitness classes, but there could be more... and there aren't many community perks/discounts like in other buildings.
