This location always has great products w/knowledgeable associates. Not the average overbearing sales people. Thx for that!

BOGO for essential oils, didn't have tags up so I wasn't aware until someone crept over my shoulder and told me. Gave me a free bag. Thank you.

I came in the store excited, it was my first time there. As soon as I came in I was approached by what seemed like the manager and asked if I needed any assistance. At the time I did not so I said I am good thank you. Later The same employee asked me the same question 2 additional times. So I thought maybe he's getting commission and thats why he's so persistent. So I decided to quickly grab my items and go to the front desk. Before my purchase I had stated that It was my first time here and I had a few questions. The employee (who was also the manger) started answering my questions. In the middle if our conversation another customer came to the front, the manger dropped our conversation and ignored me entirely. The customer was shocked and said wait why don't you finish your conversation and someone else could help me. So another employee helped her out and the manager continued answering my questions ( in a rude manner), Seconds later another customer comes to the front and he pushes my items to the side and with a huge smile tells the other customer "HI ma'am can I help you." I was shocked and All the other customers were in shock as well the other women waiting in line just left after she watched all that. I was beyond embarrassed and so I just went outside for a bit and came back after awhile. I notified another employee about it and he assured me that the manger's actions did not reflect the other employees and the store too. He checked me out and answered all my questions.
