  I called to make sure I used the correct process to make a purchase and have a friend pick it up for me. They gave me the instructions and followed them. Then when my friend went to pick it up, they wouldn't give it to him and said I had to go pick it up. I had given the clerk my friend's name before he arrived. Horrible service!

  Large selection of vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements. Prices are a little high, but worth paying because of the small amount of out of stocks. You will find what you're looking for, even hard to find items.

  Staff is fairly knowledgeable about products. Prices can be higher than other online sitrs.

  If you ever come in and Jasmine or Frank are working, it's better to leave and go when somebody else is there. Jasmine was shouting over the phone in front of us to a client about some account mishap. If people are standing in front of you they should be attended to first since they actually came down to the store and not just call. That wasn't enough, Jasmine also was "trying" to give advice as she was speaking to the same client on the phone. As this was happening Frank was no where to be found. My friend asked what would be the best type of protein powder/supplement for post work out and muscle growth to both of them. They had the audacity to say you need to work out for that. Like yes, of course, but she asked for a protein powder/supplement. So you already know they were completely rude and unhelpful. Finally we paid for some products, Frank and Jasmine didn't speak to us. Instead they decided to speak about the client-over-the-phone's situation. Mind you the call had already finished and they were speaking about this in front of us and other customers. Once we checked out they said nothing. No "goodbye", "thank you for coming", "have good one", or even "that's it!". Frank is a manager by the way, just so you know THIS is who's in charge.
