  The female employee ordered 2 items for me... as i left i called the rego park location and they had the items I wanted so i picked them up. I called the store to cancel my order that same day...when the order arrived at the store i told the woman again to cancel the order as we discussed, fast forward a week and i see not one but 2 charges for the order that should have been cancelled. I had to call corporate to find out why i am being charged for an order that should be cancelled. Dishonest employee and irresponsible.

  Had an issue with not the items i purchased not being placed in the bag. I went back and got it corrected with ease. Definitely makes me want to purchase from them again.

  I located my one item, proceeded to walk to the cash register. One Employee on his phone looking down, OK. I kindly asked to price match my item, and his phone still on his hands. (Negative facial expressions automatically picked up) Proceeds to use his cellphone to price match. (NOTE: Ive visited several other vitamin shoppes and when they price match they scan the item, and use the second computer next to them to search for the lowest price. This process is done very quickly and seamlessly, but i guess he did not like the fact that i know vitamin shoppe price matches and they have to get the lowest price.) Takes his time locating a price, and rudely states "well the one on amazon looks like its 6 dollars less is that good?" i was like alright, thank you. It was disappointing to see realize that this person was the manager.

  Looks like the best place for vitamins, good discounts, email sales.

  Great selection of products, easy location access near buses/trains on 71st & Forest Hills on Queens Blvd. Recommended.
