  Best service I have ever had at this store. The gentleman at the counter helped me with electronic documents and printing. He was patient and efficient.

  This location is horrible. There is a very rude woman who works here (Leslie) who refused to help me ship my package and I even had a label. I've never had a problem with my local UPS store. I normally walk in with whatever I want shipped and the attendant helps me by loaning me tape or taping it. This woman told me to purchase tape for my box and didn't bother to articulate why. She simply pointed me to a sign that said they charge $3 for helping customers. She later explained this is a corporate policy, which hasn't been my experience at the other UPS stores. When I shared this she said "then take your items to the other UPS stores." Such an unhappy woman. She even gave this poor young woman a hard time claiming she couldn't understand what she wanted. All she was there for was to ship a laptop and couldn't have been any clearer. Oh, and she told me to just drop my package. I told her I'd like to wait for a receipt then asked her if I'd taped sufficiently to which she said "I can't guarantee but it should be ok." Completely crazy.

  Best Mailbox service!! Since I work other state my important mail and packages were return back to sender or even lost at front of home. Since I opened mailbox here mo more issues like that, not only that Lately I had wedding and went to honey moon for week I was so impressed all of my wedding registry gift package was kept securely for me to pick up. my big thanks to you UPS STORE DC!!!
