  Absolutely horrendous experience! I had to ship out a broken oven control-board and although I had it wrapped in bubble wrap, they told me that it needed special fragile-packing and they would have to re-wrap it. They also said that to fit the box properly with all the wrapping , it requires a much larger box. They charged me $51.00 to ship ups ground in a 20x12x12 box including packing fees. Once I had the board repaired, that company charged me just $12 to ship to me and the box it came in was 17x12x5 and was loaded with protective wrap. I was completely and totally ripped off by this store and will not be coming back. Absolute rip-off!

  Would give 0 if that was an option. Called to schedule a pickup at my business. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me, and said i could schedule a pick up through the store even though I had done it before. Wouldn't have minded if she was even remotely polite but she was completely rude and nasty. Will make sure that I never do business with fed ex again if this is their way of "customer service".

  The very worst. On Wednesday June 15th, I went to this location to ship out a package. I politely asked them to put a 6 inch piece of tape on the box and the Young representative said he would have to charge me a dollar fifty for a 6 inch piece of tape. So I took my box and left and took my money and business elsewhere. the next UPS location I went to was happy enough to put the tape on for free
