  Five Star Customer Service A large package of Christmas presents headed to my son's family didn't have a "verified address." The gentleman waited patiently as I called 3 family members to help clear up the problem. He was so patient and kind, but wanted to be sure no problems were encountered in delivering this valuable and important parcel. Such a lovely man, such a wonderful experience, such a great store.

  Terrible customer service.. paid for my shipment online and printed all the necessary docs for insurance but the shipping label never printed. Went to the store figuring they could just print it and the guy refused to help saying they can't print shipping labels and tells me maybe they can help you in Elmsford and proceeds to walk away from me.. UPS can't print shipping labels if you pay online?? Really???

  Great customer service and really looks out for the customers. Also very helpful
