  Terrible customer service. The lady who was at the store was super short and rude with me and the other customers. She was more worried about attending to two of her friends that were at the store. I have always used UPS on a weekly basis I and this was a new level of terrible customer service. Not what I would expect

  Sadly, customer service is lacking at all too many establishments these days. Not so at this UPS outpost! The staff were excellent. Helpful and professional the moment I walked in. It made a tedious packing and shipping task really pleasant. Though not close to home, this store is along my commute and I'll be using them for my future needs, exclusively.
