  The manager, drew, was very helpful. He waived the price of my box when my card wasn't going through. The staff here are very upbeat and courteous.

  I sometimes go here to pickup my packages, and every time I go here, I always am satisfied with the customer service. The staff are nice and helpful. One time, I ordered a huge luggage and had to pickup it up here. I wanted to remove it from the box so I could drag it on the way home, and the employee (I don’t know his name) helped me remove it from the box. He volunteered to help and he almost did everything (lol).

  I gave them my package and they threw it down on the ground. Terrible service. They don't even care if the contents of the package gets destroyed not. They need to take better care of it

  I came into the store this afternoon to drop off a package, and the workers I can’t remeber their name. I know one had a beard and the other guy was African American with glasses. Gave me one of the best customer services so far here in jersey city. They also informed me about their mailbox services and print services which I had know Idea they offered. Pretty soon I will be opening my own pet services and would like to get a mailbox here. They were both friendly, informative and answered all of the question I asked. I would definitely recommended this store to my friends and family, from the interaction I had with the two young workers.
