  My elderly father went in yesterday to get a document scanned and emailed out since it was time sensitive. This location charged him $43 to do this simple task. We have been using other UPS locations to scan and email and the charges have been conservatively less than $10 each time for the same job/same size docs. Either their pricing at this location is astronomical or they just took advantage of my father. Please beware and ask about pricing first!

  The staff is friendly and helpful. My printer acts up regularly and I always get clear faxes and printouts. They have also done beautiful color copies for me. I go there almost monthly. Dee Huffman
