::This is a terrible store. AVOID if all possible. Go to the one of 1st avenue. I wanted to drop off a package and asked the guy if he can spare a packaging tape, which he said he can't. He wants me to buy it. I'm not going to buy a freaking tape that I'm only going to use once. This place is terrible.

::I've been to many UPS stores and this is by far the best. Special shout out to Brian, who went above and beyond!

::I am always hesitant to completely rely on reviews since most of the time it's a collection of only people with bad experiences. The store was open when I stopped by at 8:10am. I did have a similar experience that the man at the counter was upselling packaging to me. I basically wrapped my small square box in parchment paper, as is done at USPS to ship packages. He told me that if I wanted tracking information I either had to remove the parchment paper off the box, which I didn't want to do because I had wrapped it to avoid tampering once in transit, or I should put it in a small padded envelope that he could then adhere the tracking info to. The padded envelope was an additional $1.50. If I had had packing tape with me I would have avoided the extra padded envelope and just re-enforced the tape job I did on the box myself but I didn't so I opted for the padded envelope. It seems that if you want to ship your package with no problem you should just arrive with a brown box or padded envelope. If I had been more knowledgeable about shipping with UPS which I don't do often I think I wouldn't have been so confused by the man at the counter.

::I paid $41 for two day air because my envelope NEEDED TO BE IN HAWAII NO LATER THAN SATURDAY. I dropped my envelope off at 9:15 am on Wednesday and the envelope was to arrive in Hawaii by Friday evening. It is now Friday evening and my envelope is sitting in Kentucky. I spent two hours on the phone with UPS customer service who told me that, because the UPS store did not send off my mail prior to the 5pm deadline, it would be sent the next day. SOOOO, even though I dropped the envelope off at 9:15 in the morning, this UPS store let is sit around 8 + hours before sending it off. They did give me a refund but took no accountability for their laziness. Mind you, there was no weather delay, etc. This was PURE LAZINESS. You would think that if someone is paying $41 for an envelope to be sent, you should work real hard to make sure that it gets sent out ASAP, not let is sit around all day. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give it now stars if that was possible.

::Stopped in on 1/12/16 at 12:30pm. Found the store empty. After walking around for a couple of minutes and shouting "Yoohoo", and older gentlemen stumbled out of the back. I told him I just needed to drop off the package. I had my packing slip covered in clear packing tape, and he said I needed to use one of his UPS bags (which he wanted $3 for). He then said, the package needed more scotch tape. He then handed me this tattered scotch tape and wanted to charge me an additional $3.50. Yes, $6.50 additional for a package that was less to ship. AVOID unless this is the last place on earth to ship, and better yet, just walk it there yourself, may get there faster.
