  The girls currently at the store dealing with customers are very proper and helpful.

  They are so nice here and efficient. Super helpful highly recommend for shipments or mail box service. Manager is competent and able to answer angy questions. Note that they charge for usps(postal service) drop offs that arent ups.

  For the love of god, do not drop off any prepaid packages here without making sure the item is scanned in front of you and you are provided with a receipt. Otherwise, your package will either be A) Mysteriously lost in transit or B) Stolen by one of their employees. I believe I fell prey to B in my experience with this store. I did not think an establishment could be as inept as this one here. I gave a prepaid package containing an Ipad Pro worth $520.00, directly to an employee behind the counter and did not wait for a receipt as I was double parked out front. 2 days pass and there is no 'acceptance' scan. I visited the store 5 times over the course of the past 15 days, not a single employee could tell me when, where, or how I could contact the store owner - Mr. Singh. I demanded to see the camera footage, again, no one seems to know how to access the camera and only the seemingly inexistent legend of Mr. Singh can do it. A week after my initial complaint, I call the store and am told MR. Singh is on vacation, 2 hours later he, himself calls me from the store (despite being told he was on vacation). He then proceeds to tell me, that he as the owner does not have personal access to HIS OWN camera system and needs to contact an IT guy, I am told not to worry that he will be in contact with me. Fast forward another 9 days, no call back from him and he is deliberately avoiding my calls and messages at 3 of his owned UPS locations. I call the Austin St. location yet again, I am then told by his employee, Saidur that I would have to pay $180.00 to view the camera footage. Let that sink in for a moment! $180.00 to verify that they lost/stole my package! I have since filed numerous complaints with the corporate office, and filed an investigation with UPS. Why would a store owner refuse to let a customer verify the whereabouts of their lost package? This store is ran by an incompetent, money hungry individual who does not care about his customers. Take your business elsewhere and avoid his 3 locations; 1) 28-24 Steinway St Astoria, NY 11103, 2) 35-11B FARRINGTON ST FLUSHING, NY 11354, 3) 72-11 Austin St, Forest Hills, NY 11375.

  Great service and friendly staff. I strongly recommend this store!! This store is the best! The employees are super helpful. I had to mail something I didn't even have in a package and I walked in and they took over and I was in and out in under five minutes!!! Thank you, UPS Store!!!
