  I believe the staff is vwey friendly and hard working. I've always witnessed them treating everybody in a good manner.

  You're website says that you are open till 5pm. You were closed when I got there at 3. I drove all the way to Anchorage to go to the UPS store. This needs to be fixed. Your customers can't be very happy about that.....

  These people are like family! UPS downtown hereby receives Best Service Overall in all of Anchorage across all industries! 110% service minded and helpful. I have a mail box here, I do last minute print jobs and packaging here, and sometimes bigger copy/print job plus mail outs. Always extremely helpful and personal service, they really care about your needs and do everything they can to fulfill. Thank you Linda and Company! YVG
