  The worst customer service!!! THEY Made a mistake sending my package and charged me 66$ and wouldn't refund. Avoid this place!!!!! Hope they go out of business!! Damn those crooks!!!

  I am a frequent customer at UPS store 2480 on N Chatham. I want to give the highest rating for all the wonderful people that help me every week!!! They are very professional and personable!!! They go above and beyond with service!!! A special shout out to Brandi!!! She is extraordinary!!! Thank you all so much!!!

  Went into the store to send a letter, and get a signature captured from recipient. Gentleman at the counter told me that will be $50 plus dollars...I restated I simply need a letter tracked, not express mailed. The price went down to $16 (later learned its only $6 at USPS) This was Jan 13th, 2018. On 1/27 I realized the letter is now showing delayed and not moving. After discussing this with the UPS store, they sent me to Post office to discuss. The Post office lady advised it was NOT set up for a certified signature from recipient, and was mailed incorrectly. This UPS store decided to put the Priority mail letter in a bubble wrap for some reason. this must have been the extra $10 I paid for at the UPS store, which was not needed for a letter. (It wont break) As of 2/5, my letter is still not at the recipients destination....Do not use the UPS store..Just go to the US post office.

  The two women working the counter today had very bad attitudes. Asked for help using a USB stick to print a file and they were both rude and reluctant to help. Worth the drive to the next nearest UPS store for some decent customer service
