  been coming here for years on a weekly basis and never had a single problem mentioned in any of these entertaining comments. i use ups pre-paid, notary, and mailing services all the time. very friendly. little wait. clearly signed and i can't believe people have trouble finding this location. in fact parking is much better than shirlington so of course i come here often.

  Patient staff while I was there. I had a difficult time finding the place. Google maps took me to the front of the center - the store is in the back past Red Robin. I had to return a package to Amazon and was in and out in 10 minutes.

  a white guy on the right counter, who takes package is not even responding to hi. i feel he wants me out of store. this is not of my bad day mood. its been happening for over 4/5 times..

  Stood in line for 30 minutes just to find out I could drop my package on the counter. Also the office was filled with packages all over the ground, out for everyone to see and potentially grab. Didn’t feel comfortable Leaving my packages there

  I have a small business for 27 years , I have yet to experience such an indifference to decent customer service( notice I used decent not good ), Everyone behind the counter is rude and extremely Unfriendly. I am sorry for the name they are serving Under (UPS) which is a good brand. I drove 3miles For another UPS store. I am brand loyal but this Franchisee is not doing good by the Franchisor (UPS).
