::This is my UPS store where my family goes to ship boxes. Nice and friendly and always excellent beyond and above customer service. Go check for yourselves!!!

::I've had several positive experiences at this location, they operate like a well oiled machine. Matthew Maxwell, remember the options that you were given. I'm positive that a price & delivery date were both mentioned. Regardless, you were given several receipts regarding the transaction in addition to the forms they have you fill out.

::If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I tried to ship my mother gifts for Christmas and I was told Tuesday when I dropped them off on a Saturday. The service person was rude to begin with, but additionally failed to mention that he meant the Tuesday AFTER Christmas. Thanks for ruining my mom's Christmas - never depend on this place for anything of importance.

::I use this UPS store instead of the post office because they are dependable, nice, and experts at what they do. They also handle your packaging and related needs efficiently. I have been coming to this store for years, and would recommend them highly.

::Got totally screwed at this place. They asked me if i wanted an estimate for shipping, i said no, the shipping turned out to be $25 - totally reasonable, right? However, them putting my two serving plates in a box, the box itself, and some bubble wrap - wait for it, was an additional $50 - or twice as much as it costs to actually transport the box from DC to NY. UPS: if you are listening, this is absolutely obscene. It took them 8 minutes to package a box and that cost TWICE MORE than the actual transport of the box the 220 miles to its destination. I totally understand having to charge me for packaging (maybe $10) but this is a perfect example of customer exploitation. Never again.
