  Outrageous fees. Paid $190 in additional inbound/outbound handling fees for two small roller cases. This was on top of our shipping costs. What a riot!

  They were very nice and courteous to honor the preprinted shipping label just be módico that the store is actually inside the omni hotel on the second floor

  $7/package charge to drop off UPS packages here. Even with pre-paid, corporate account packages. Find another location if you can.
