  TO THE OWNER IF THIS UPS STORE YOU HAVE A EXCELLENT WORKER NAME MIKE HE GOES THE EXTRA ROUTE TO HELP WHAT YOU NEED TO GET DONE.YOU NEED TO TALK TO THE OTHER MANGER BECAUSE HE 'S ACT LIKE A JACK ASS.HE TOLD ONE OF MY FRIENDS THAT THIS IS THE ONLY STORE WE CAN GO TO BUT I LIVE ON 8TH AVE IN THEIR A NOTHER STORE THEIR BUT EVERY BODY IN MY BUILDING GOES TO THE UPS STORE ON 116TH ST BECAUSE OF MIKE HIS A NICE GUY IN IF EVERY LEAVE OR GET TRANSFER WE WILL GO TO THAT UPS STORE.

  The guys behind are pleasant and helpful it’s the manager who needs customer service 101. I was there using a computer and the tone he took with a number of customers was beyond rude. And he’s rude to the employees also.

  Michael and his staff were more than helpful. When my daughter left her phone in a cab in NY, they helped the driver ship it to us in another state and are continuing to help us in insuring that the driver gets compensated for his trouble. Makes you believe in the kindness of people.

  My favorite store. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have done everything from sending and picking up packages to getting passport photos and items notarized. I just learned that I can have all of my deliveries even FedEx packages sent to this store. I haven’t been able to confirm but will in my next visit. This store may become my second address.
