  These guys are great and efficient They are the NEW owners. Location was easy to find and parking a breeze After having problem after problem with the UPS in Albertson, I was determined to find a different UPS and glad I did, and they can arrange pick up What a pleasure

  The previous negative reviews were for the previous owner, who was not particularly friendly. I never needed any assistance, as all I had to do was drop off a package and get a receipt, so I never had a problem had a problem, but I can't dispute the poor reviews. The new owners are much friendlier, and I suspect much more helpful. Unfortunately they are moving their location a couple of miles south on Glen Cove Road. it is less convenient for me, but good luck to them

  I am in Amazon prime member and I do not own a printer I commonly return items and pay one dollar to have the UPS store print the label for me this man at this location told me not only was this not possible this option did not exist he would not help me at all he wouldn't even discuss any possibility of helping me and any type of way I wouldn't go back to this location if my life depended on it it should be shut down and this man should be thrown out of the country he can't even speak English

  The store stank like cigarettes. The old man was rude when I asked for tape said he doesn't make money unless I buy tape to close the box. I had a prepaid label. He was rude. Did I mention rude? Never going back.
