Today I met Taylor and Shaun at this store and they were the epitome of the standard that I had hoped to see the moment I first arrived to Cincinnati for a travel assignment! They were the most helpful and compassionate, going above and beyond to get the documents faxed and even let me receive a fax, in turn at no extra charge. I sincerely can not thank them enough for their example of what true humanity should look like. I was beginning to lose faith that such kindness, empathy and understanding for our fellow man exist! A million Thanks to Taylor and Shaun at this UPS Store!!! I won't go anywhere else in Cincinnati to send or receive packages/documents as long as I'm in town!

I was previously a business mailbox customer at this UPS location. After three calls to renew my business mailbox were not returned, I assumed UPS had already processed the auto renewal I had requested several times. Unfortunately they had not and astonishingly, weeks later I received a new bill with a $5 late fee added. As UPS failed to renew my account before expiration despite multiple requests in advance, I was unwilling to pay a fee for their mistake. They claimed that the reason they did not return my repeated phone calls was "due to store remodeling / maintenance". It was a frustrating experience to only be able to play "voicemail tag" with a service I am a paying customer for. By the way, these boxes are something like ~$400 per year, so basic service really should be built-in when USPS offers an alternative for about 1/4 of that price. I have no idea if they kept my mail or disposed of it during this time but to the best of my knowledge none of it was returned to sender, yet I did not receive it either and also was not even contacted about it despite my concerns. When I did use this location they routinely gave me other people's mail and did not ever check my ID when I picked up the mail for my box. This is extremely disappointing to a business owner paying hundreds of dollars per year for a mail service… there is no guarantee that a random person off the street couldn't walk in and get my mail! Despite posted hours, this location sometimes closes early so even when I was a customer it was inconsistent and difficult to pick up my mail at the end of the work day. It's a small business and sometimes they are not actually there during posted hours which is frustrating for a business owner with limited time to devote to things like picking up mail. Parking downtown before / after the business day to get mail is very difficult as well. Most street parking is not permitted during rush hours and sometimes you have to park far away or pay for a garage just to spend two minutes grabbing mail. They are friendly people but I believe there are numerous improvements that could be made in terms of professionalism, security, and priority for their business customers. Until then, I recommend avoiding this UPS for private mailbox services and utilizing USPS if possible or another private mailbox company that handles renewals properly, validates the person picking up mail, and is open later than normal business hours in a busy downtown for after hours pickups.

I am so thankful for the UPS Store. For me, it is safer than going to the local post office in my area without having to worry about if someone will mug me. To be honest, I won’t go back to that particular post office again. Also, I do not have to worry about missing packages for I receive an e-mail that I have a package for pickup. I can call to check to see if I have mail as well. The hours of operations fit my needs and no reason to complain about anything whatsoever. Another excellent reason to go to this location: The staff is super nice and it feels genuine and not fake whatsoever. It feels good when they call me by my first name and remember my box number. Thank you for all that you do and more.
