  Refused to serve urgent government document citing some personal experience on shipment fraud. Very rude and nasty too.

  Alex is the main man there. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and a critical thinker. He is intuitively intelligent and listens well. Nothing can go wrong with this guy in there. With that said, I don’t know about the rest. My five star review is strictly for this guy who hasn’t missed a step since I started using their service.

  Today 7/7/2017 i went to the Jackson Heights UPS, the chinese guy who work there treat me RUDE and NASTY. When he told me to put my shoes box from Zappos, that i was returned it, i told him to said please. when he gave me the paper with my records he said 'YOUR HIGHNESS.' I thought that being POLITE and COURTEOUS is somewhere in the UPS customer service catalog. i told him that google has BAD REVIEW of his store, he acted as he does NOT give a damn. So i thought DOES UPS!

  Very bad Customer service. The staff is condenscending to every customer. Staff cant speak English well either. Went here to pick up a package and the clerk asked me how do I know the package is here. Lady, my tracking says ready for pickup. Also there was another customer in front of me who was told that his tracking number the store provided the day before, was invalid. The lady kept saying I don't know, I'm new,(she wasn't, she had her husband in the store). The worst ups store I have ever been to. Avoid this place like plague.
