::Today I had bad experience with this store. I have been shipped 3 to 4 long packages in this shop . Today, all the staff are new. They didn't provide help and professional information for me to ship my long package. And they can not find my record in their UPS system (this is soooo weird that their UPS system can not find my record. Actually, my records can be find in any UPS store in USA). At the same time, two with simple English speaking customers came into request service, the two staff responded with unfriendly manner.

::I walked into my UPS store with some odd fixtures . One big light fixture and 2 other iron fixtures. Mr. Ben went in the store and got their hand trolley so that we could get these heavy duty items in the store. Once in the store the guys were super nice taking a look at the fixtures and making determination of value etc. I had pre-wrapped them with a lot of bubble wraps but still they were so delicate needed additional packaging. After giving me their assessment of how they would be wrapped and packed I agreed on the pricing of $325.85 for the shipping and packing. While I was there paying I was able to see the packing begin. With such precision was each crystal being wrapped it was amazing. There was no way this item was going to be damaged. I was so happy I had brought my packages here to be shipped. The store said the packages would be at their destination by the following Monday, arrived right on Monday. Now that is great service. Everything arrived perfectly and this place again gets 5 stars for their great service.

::A joke of a store. UPS should be ashamed that they enable this franchise to tarnish their brand. Incompetent staff gave me the run around. One coughing everywhere and even told me how he had the flu while he did it. They tried to charge me extra for duties, which I explicitly explained I wouldn't have to pay if he entered the package in his computer as "Return for Goods Sold". And I know this to be true because I immediately went home and did his own job for him on UPS's website after reading their 'help' page where it explains exactly what I was telling him in the store. I should have just done it all online from the start. I guess that's my fault for trusting that the person behind the counter knows how to do their job? And to add insult to injury, even after recognizing that I'm the same person they jerked around the first time, upon returning to the store they still wanted me to pay their outrageous $3 printing charge for the label that they were too incompetent to create the first time I was there. All the while being dismissive, even prompting other customers to step to the desk to be serviced before me. There's another UPS Store on 41st Ave. Had I known at the time, I would have left on the spot and gone there. This place should go out of business.

::I've been to this location several times. Once to pick up a package. Twice to make copies (small personal job). Each time everything was taken care of quickly and the staff was quite helpful.
