  Having been used to extremely friendly UPS guys (both in stores and delivery), this was just a bad experience store. tried it twice (because first bad experience is a fluke right?), but yup absolutely terrible folks who run this store. Starts with the owner, who is very rude and makes an effort to prove that he is tough guy. I wonder if UPS does any quality checks on these private stores. Anyways, I would be using the one of Tarrytown road from here on. Much better people and very friendly service.

  Fast, courteous, and overall pleasant experience. I came here today to fax some paperwork and post a package. The staff were in good spirits even though it was late in the day.
