Awful service! Waited an hour just to pick up a letter, couldn’t believe it.

Went in to get two documents notarized, despite many attempts I could not get anyone to help with certifying the notary for the courts. Don't bother asking them for that service, or to talk to management!!

I don’t blame you for being closed on Sunday and New Year’s Eve to boot. Totally fine. I do blame you for saying you’re open on your website though. I called 5 Times too, at least make it part of your message. I drove 40 minutes to get here. Jerks.

Horrible treatment from management. I have a box at this location for 5 years now. The last big ticket item I had delivered there was lost. The item cost me $5,700 and the manager told me not to worry about the lost package because they offer $100 reimbursement for packages that the store looses. I decided to have big purchases shipped elsewhere for my company. The manager (Judy) was irate that I contacted UPS directly and filed a claim for my lost package that showed signed for by UPS Store but was not at the UPS Store. She went off on me on the phone for it. Today, I go in at 1:30pm to pick up my mail and there were no packages waiting for me. I then drive 30 minutes home and see an email in my inbox telling me that there was a package waiting for me. The timestamp for the email was 12:15pm, an hour before going there to get my mail. Before heading back down there, I called to make sure there was actually a package waiting for me. I just called to make sure the box was there before driving in the snow. Judy jumps on the phone, starts talking over me, getting hostile and blaming all of the store's mistakes on other customers. She claims customers take advantage of their small space in the store. I'm guessing since customers pay for a box at the location and the ability to receive packages there leads to customers wanting to utilize the service they pay for. I asked Judy why she seems more upset about the package than I am, and I'm the one inconvenienced. She got even more upset, swore at me and hung up. I went to the store to pickup my package and quietly asked an employee for Judy's boss' name and number. Judy overheard me asking, abruptly abandoned the customer she was helping and then interrupted my conversation to start yelling at me again. I told her that if she apologized and moved on instead of yelling at customers and making more of a mountain than needed to be made than the issue would go away on it's own. She continued to over talk me, was very disrespectful and made a fool of herself in front of a store full of customers and employees, all while she blamed me. She claims to have owned the location for over 20 years, which doesn't really change anything, especially considering 5 years ago when I rented the box, someone else owned the store. While Judy, the manager or owner was having her meltdown, an other employee stepped in and tried to defuse the situation. He is far more professional and has much more customer service skills than the woman throwing her tantrum was. As he tried to calm the situation, Judy, a middle aged woman that claims to own the store stood there and made childish faces and continued to provoke the situation and escalate things. If I hadn't witnessed this behavior a year ago when they lost my package, I would have assumed she was just having a bad day. But meeting this woman twice in 5 years and seeing her disrespect paying customers surely led to me calling the corporate office and filing a formal complaint. I have tipped the staff at this location in previous years for the holidays, but chose to stop tipping them last year due to their manager's hotheadedness.

Always friendly and efficient. They even squeezed in a rush printing job for me after the FedEx store in town messed up my order for an event. The only place I go anymore for printing/shipping needs.
