  The lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. I brought in a small package with a pre paid label to be shipped back to a vendor. I needed the top of the box taped. They were going to charge me $1! That's crazy! I NEVER pay at the UPS store on Richmond Rd or the one in Hamburg. They have taped boxes even bigger than the one I just brought in. Businesses that nickel and dime like this store drive me crazy.

  Terrible customer service. Walked in and stood in front of the two employees at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I would recommend no one to this business.

  This store can do anything you need for your business. Their graphics department can print the largest canvas in Lexington and Tim Revel will design your project for you. Bruce the owner is very hands on and the staff is friendly and helpful! From shopping a single package to creating a website or brochure they have you covered!
