  I’ve been going to this store for business and personal for over 10 years and the staff, regardless of who is working or any changes in management is great and will go out of their way to help you. Great service and environment. You can get so much done here other than shipping. Cards, office supplies, business cards, flyers, notary available, posters, banners, car door magnets, window graphics, passports and ID photos and mailboxes. They also have an array of electronic devices for phones and flashlights too. They truly go out of their way to help you and I will pass by any UPS or other similar place just so that I come here where the customer service is amazing and it’s a great place for small business resources too.

  I can't say enough about Renee and Jerri! They are so helpful and accommodating. Renee has worked on a few special projects for me and is always prompt and goes the extra mile for me! She can't ever leave!!! You are lucky to have them!!!

  This store is the best with the nicest people. They are friendly, work well as a team and go above and beyond to accommodate to their customers. Aamir is awesome!

  Just stopped by to send off 4 different packages. Linda and Renee were just pure awesomeness. Before I could get the other packages out of my car, Renee was working on my first 2 packages. She also educated me on my amazon and Verizon packages. It’s so rare in today’s world to receive the customer service that they provided. I will definitely be using this location for all my shipping needs. 🙏🏾 Thank you 😊 so much Linda and Renee. God bless you ladies

  You need this UPS store in your life! Seriously, you do! You walk in, and you feel like part of the family. Everyone has been so nice and so helpful, every single time I'm in this store. If they are busy, they still offer the same over-the-top customer service, every single time. Even if you don't live in Flower Mound, I would drive out of my way to go to this store... they really are that good!
