  Been there to ship amazon returned items many times, so the staff don't stop speaking spanish between each others, also the customer service there is poor , the female clerk need to learn how to talk with costumers , lack of communication is a big deal, now most of my friends are using other locations because of the unprofessional staff .

  The UPS Store in East Boston is the best printing place, I recommend it to anyone that has printing needs. Bijal P. the manager was extremely helpful he was kind and very nice. Also Wendy V and Denise V. Helped me too they made it very easy with all the copies I had to make. Thanks to all of you for making it easy for me. Nancy

  If I could give zero stars I would. I made a notary appointment, showed up, and was told "Oh, I was about to call you, he won't be in until later" What use is the service if it's unreliable. READ- the other reviews, I wish I did before wasting my time. Others had the same issue. Should not be allowed to advertise the service in my opinion. Avoid.

  This store has been completely welcoming, supportive and flexible with me as they stored 5 pieces of luggage for me, let me use their space to re-situate my luggage and allowed me to come and go as needed. I would highly recommend their services. They gave me good advice as well for shipping options and were accurate in their delivery date prediction.
