  Stole my package. Shipped and arrived torn open and the envelope empty. They convinced me I didn't need a tracking number so I can't even file a claim.

  Friendliest most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a UPS store. They're really doing everything they can to help their customers and it's greatly appreciated.

  Charged me for copies that i didnt use. Lady was unfriendly would not offer help. Will not come back.
